With exception of at least one and maybe two VA C&P exams the examiners have been almost hostile and quick to let you know of their indifference to your claim.I had An LHI exam literally returned to the VA in 48hours and I went to PFD. Others have had to call and ask for status. So it is possible that when Loyal Source failed to schedule you, new exams were requested with LHI/Optum (from my understanding, regardless of which they are calling themselves, the exam scheduling system still use the abbreviation LHI, where the other is LHCS).
