This issue seems to be amplified when I game, during which my ping spikes for a few minutes. Whenever I connect my ethernet from my PC directly to the modem, the issue seems to go away. After some searching online, I logged into my router to check the logs and noticed hundreds of DoS attacks, they look something like this:
