The quest says to "talk to Priscilla in her bedroom." There is a "target" icon at her bedroom indicating that's where she should be, but.... no one there!

I have a major problem that I hope someone can help me with. I am currently on my second run through the game, this time as NG+ and I' stuck with the main quest 'Count Reuven's Treasure'. I talked to Dijkstra and accepted to help him with his stolen treasure. I ventured into the sewers, killed the drowners, burned the corpses and found the clues.Although, it makes no difference. Dikstra is still a prick regardless, without spoilers. Dijkstra gives you 1000 gold if you tell him where the treasure is. Without spoiling anything, yes you can still find Dandelion if you ask about the treasure.
