Kuu ramen

This may be down voted - not the most aesthetically pleasing plate but I am obsessed with ramen in rice paper. I have been on such a Buldak ramen kick lately and I love the squishy texture of the rice paper. I think a lot of people have an issue with the squish and prefer frying. I love both.
