Now let me preface this by saying, I have always remembered it as Publishers Clearing House was one set of Commercials & American Family Publishing…I watch old Johnny Carson clips all the time on YouTube and they constantly make jokes and references to Ed McMahon being affiliated with Publishers Clearing House.
