Yes I have a sauna box. Been using it for about 3 weeks sometimes 3x a day. It’s a good tool. I will say it has a couple minor drawbacks. If the ambient temp is too cold it takes a while to heat up but after that you’re fine. It’s basically a rain forest and creates a bit of moisture which is mitigated with towels.. Solstice sunglasses
